SYNOPSIS
For everyone around her, Sarah is the image of happiness—an extroverted, straight-A student who has perfect attendance and always seems to have it together. But when no one is looking, Sarah feels consumed by her ongoing struggle with anxiety and depression. Because of her public persona and the stigma surrounding mental illness, she feels like she cannot reveal her pain so she suffers in silence.
One day, Sarah does not show up to class and while her classmates notice, they do not think much of it. All except Olivia, who recalls a previous conversation with Sarah and feels concerned about not seeing her in class.
The film explores two timelines that diverge from Olivia’s decision to call Sarah or not, which ultimately results in life or death for the latter.
